-------------------------------------------------------------------

It looks like somebody's playing with project's include path entries? Having a 'null' as include path entry of a project doesn't look normal. At least in JSDT code I cannot find a possibility of having null value there. Looks like some adopter code have incorrectly modified project's include path which is resulted into this NPE.

JDT has a similar issue that was a result of broken container of 'External Libraries' (so it was PDE issue actually that was fixed in PDE UI). Cannot find something similar in JSDT.

[~kpiwko] is there a chance of getting the full log and the workspace with this issue?
