Seems like a bug that includeSources causes additional validation to happen, but yeah, I suppose I can tweak the verifyTarget.sh script to include an override for including/excluding sources, and can disable source inclusion in the multiple2repo profiles for JBT Central and EA target platforms (while leaving it enabled for JBT / JBDS target platforms).
