* in case forge1 is selected in preferences - forge1 runtime should be started and forge console view should be opened - Users expect this behaviour from previous releases

* in case forge2 is selected in preferences - forge2 runtime should be started, and an *UI* list of commands should be shown to the user, alternatively forge console view can be opened.
