I'm not sure how GA calculates percentage of sessions. But anyway I don't see any disadvantages of using page titles instead of paths so far.
It also seems that we can correlate page titles (sessions with particular titles) with the java (flash) versions. We can filter sessions with particular JVM (titles) when looking at java (flash) versions stats for that.
