[~maxandersen] access rights are managed per domain in the web-ui:

I therefore suggest that we add a link in the domain wizard that we have, that's currently use to rename a domain.

That would make the link available in the OpenShift Explorer context menu for domains ("manage domains...") and in the application wizard: "Manage Domains..:" link in the 2nd wizard page.
