STEP: Create Dynamic Web Project
STEP: Expand project node in Project Explorer
STEP: Add JAX-RS Support (Configure > Add JAX-RS Support...)
ASSERT: Project has node "JAX-RS Web Services" (visible in Project Explorer)
FAIL: The node is missing
