We now show a commit dialog that lists all changes for the local project.

All changes are pre-selected. Once the user provided a commit message the "Publish" dialog gets enabled and allows the user to push the committed changes to OpenShift. 

The commit dialog we are showing differs from EGit by hiding the "Commit and Push" button and having the "Commit" button relabled to "Publish"
