Features that need to be installed:

Once installed, use Ctrl+Alt+T to launch the terminal, or open manually from Window > Show View > Other ... > Show View > Target Explorer Views > Terminals.

As you can see, the term "Terminal" (or "Terminals")  is a bit overloaded in Eclipse:
