Two of those three URLs should never be present in JBDS, as they are for JBT.

The other one SHOULD have updates shown as available, but I too can't get JBDS Beta1 B93 to see the updates, even if I refresh the cached metadata for that site.

That said, there's a simple workaround:

Help > Install New > https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0-development/ > uncheck "Group items by category" > search for "JBoss Developer Studio (Branded Product)	8.0.0.Beta2-v20140617-2058-B166" > select feature > install.
