[~velteyn] Could you (or Marco) find out a version of org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core plug-in that is used to work in your JBDS 6.0.1 GA installation? (You can look for it in Help->About JBoss Developer Studio->Installation Details->Plug-ins, then filter the table by "org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core" text).

Then I'll be able to figure out if we are able to fix it in JSDT. (I mean that first exception in the issue and unexpected exit from JBDS)

And if you (or probably it's better to ask Marco) are able to provide a test case to reproduce the issue - it will be a great help for us.
