Are  you installing from https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/7.0/central/integration-stack/ or from https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/7.0/central/integration-stack/compositeContent.xml ?

If the former, the site should work if your proxy config is correct. If the latter, then remove the "compositeContent.xml" part of the URL and try again.

Alternatively, you can install Switchyard via offline install:

1. download the zip [1] from the JBDS IS site [2]
2. In JBDS, select Help > Install new > Add > Archive... then browse for the downloaded zip.
