So... it's now in the Beta1-SNAPSHOT TP [1], but of course can be removed if you decide it's not ready to be included. Since at the moment *NOTHING* depends on it, I figure it's safe to have in there and ostensibly remove it by Wednesday (TP release day) or leave it in for Beta1 and remove it for Beta2.
