Might be related to:
* building w/ Java 6 instead of 7
* use of RHEL4 (recent failures were on vmg21-rhel4-x86_64) vs. RHEL 5 or 6
* use of Tycho 0.19 instead of 0.20

While the latest build in Jenkins (#1943) failed again w/ the same error, locally, I can build OK with:
* Java7 + Tycho 0.19
* Java7 + Tycho 0.20
* Java6 + Tycho 0.19
* Java6 + Tycho 0.20
