[~burrsutter] the jdf-stacks [~rawb] is talking about is https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jdf-stack/blob/1.0.0.Final/stacks.yaml

You can look in this file for downloadUrl to see the current list of runtimes we can download.

The change is that the new downloads needs authentication to get downloaded - so they will have a label called indicating that this downloadUrl requires credentials/authorization.

When we see a download that requries this authorization that is when this new workflow kicks in. For anything else it stays the same.
