JBDS sources zip has only ever contained the sources for JBDS itself, not the upstream sources in JBT. So, this issue can now be closed, as the JBT sources zip contains only a single copy of its sources.

Only known problem is that for included projects which don't declare a source reference in their plugins' manifests (GWT, BIRT, Freemarker), I can't fetch sources from github.
