TP issues all resolved. Master job installs first JBT then Central, then JBDS then Central.

Second job created: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-install-p2director.install-tests.matrix_4.2.luna/

Both jbosstools-install-p2director.install-tests.matrix jobs are now hooked up to run after every rebuild of the Discovery site.

Therefore the sequence is this:

I've also disabled the install-grinder jobs because they're consistently failing w/ "SWT no more handles" and this headless approach Just Works.
