@Max: I guess that this is a blocker for B1 some users that upgrade openshift (only) would have it failing at runtime (users with existing org.jboss.tools.common < 3.6.0 that get latest openshift tooling but wont get org.jboss.tools.common upgrade due to missing constraint in openshift)?
