[~dgolovin] might be able to use https://github.com/jdcasey/unsigner-maven-plugin (or a fork of it -- not sure if it can be run selectively on only 2 plugins) to purge signing info from the two WTP plugin jars above. Otherwise I can manually create new unsigned versions and stick them into a new mirror in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/webtools/ then update the TP to pull the newer, unsigned versions. WDYT?
