This does look like a nasty one, but:

a) How is this related to 3rd party certification ?

b) since this was found in context of JBDS-2977 which is now resolved i'm curious why it is not visible anymore AND will this nested jar issue also affect normal p2 installs/updates ? (the installer uses p2 hence i'm wondering what is going on?)
