The main functionality will be tested as part of JBIDE-16606 verification (today or tomorrow), but I will use this JIRA to suggest further improvements.
Here goes:

1. Wording
With Local, you display: "A profile configured for use on a local machine." <- notice the dot at the end. The next profile does not contain a dot at the end.

2. "Prefers Management Operations"
Suggestions from [~ljelinko]:
a. change string to "Use Management Operations"
b. why not make this a checkbox instead of separate profiles?
