Since part of releasing the Beta bits from staging [1] -> development/luna/ [2] ALSO involves releasing the TP from snapshot [3] to release [4] this will be fixed as part of the release of Beta1.

I'm amazed this problem comes up every year. Do we need to edit the copy in the QE staging release email so it's more clear what's happening? I thought that "upcoming milestone" would make it clear that the TP URL shown is for the upcoming milestone, not the currently released one (for the previous milestone).
