A question and a JIRA tip:

a) could we add the option to exclude IUs from installation? It might be nice to skip Android and JRebel install entirely, as they're sourced from third party URLs and could be broken (network issues, updated to be incompatible, etc.) Or maybe add an -DexternalURLs.skip=true flag so that we can toggle 3rd party stuff on/off, rather than -DexcludeIUs="*android*|*zeroturnaround*" pattern matcher ?

b) never use "JBIDE-####" when naming an attached filename, because you get "Unable to render embedded object"; instead, use "JBIDE#####" (without the dash) and it works fine.
