The problem comes up every year because the issue ain't obvious. 

The mail should not state the TP is loaded automatically into eclipse when installing when it is not.

The mail should actually explicilty list you actually *need* to add the Beta1-Snapshot to your eclipse to have things working.

Or we should create a site for testing tha tmakes it actually look and behave like it would be when released.
