Change in TP was merged.
[~akazakov]: Once TP is built ( see status of https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/Target-Platforms/job/jbosstoolstargetplatforms-matrix/235/ ), you'll be able to add a dependency to this bundle in your MANIFEST.MF
