I can't reproduce it today... I tried on a new workspace but didn't see anything slower than expected.
I should have got the dump immediately when I noticed the issue...

However, I can see today that the Secure Storage dialog pops-up on every new workspace (which is not a very cool thing). I believe both issues can be related to a network access at startup, potentially a synchronous one.
