http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbtcentraltarget/4.31.0.Final/ moved to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/targetplatforms/jbtcentraltarget/4.31.0.Final/ then symlinked back, then http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbtcentraltarget/kepler/ updated to point to /static/ URL. 

Installing all of JBT 4.1.2. Final takes about 5 mins the first time, then only 2-3 mins the second time. Central install works too, but doesn't seem much faster (even if I disable all the eclipse.org sites that come w/ JBT automatically. Might get better performance from JBDS Central.
