I have zero opinion on sha1/md5 - whatever works for releng/QE, but please just use one for one release (so moving to sha1 for newer releases is fine, as long as its dropping md5 so we dont get more artifacts to keep track of)

About installation page - i dont think the current "one installation page" works well. but this should be a separate issue - not munged into this big one. Related to this PR that haven't been fully finished yet - https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-website/pull/32
