On {{staging}} and {{production}} profiles, we grab the bootstrap-community.css file from {{http://static.jboss.org/theme/css/bootstrap-community/2.3.1.4/bootstrap-community}}, while on local we *should* have an exact copy of that file (to be able to work offline). Maybe this local file is not up-to-date.
