Third implementation option:

* add a composite site wrapper for http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/kepler/central/java8  at a different URL, like http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/kepler/central/java8 

[~maxandersen] If I'm going to do that - and rebuild the plugin as well - then I'd like confirmation IN ADVANCE that that is the URL you want. If you want something else, let me know. Otherwise I'm going to have to assume you're just trollin'.
