The *Configure* item in the project context menu (package explorer and navigator) now has an entry to launch the OpenShift application wizard:

The item is only visible for non-OpenShift projects (not for projects that were imported from OpenShift), for project that are not team shared or if shared, then using git. Furthermore internal RSE project also dont have this option.
