I considered a full rebuild but then we'd have to either have a JBDS version without it and a JBT version with it... or maybe have 4.31.1.Final with (JBT only) and 4.31.0.Final without (JBDS only), but that's confusing too -- "why does JBDS use the older TP?" "did we forget to upversion JBDS Central to point to the 4.31.1 version?"

I should further clarify that it's NOT a patched TP. It's a patch (collection of new features) to be applied ONTO a TP (as an add-on).
