We have created a table which compares features for JBDS/rhc at https://gist.github.com/maxandersen/a8b49cfc40635e8dd806

It's important to note that rhc and JBDS aim at different users: JBDS tries to be a full replacement for rhc for the developer. RHC gets further and also serves the devops which JBDS wont.
