Maven profiles that can be automatically added are defined in https://raw.github.com/forge/plugin-arquillian/master/src/main/resources/containers.json
There is a separate jira, JBIDE-16225, that will allow selecting the version of those profiles.
If you want to add other profiles, you have to do it manually.
