On missing org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.debug.rhino.ui: The issue [Bug 434664 - o.e.wst.jsdt.debug.rhino.ui should be added to WebTools Site|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=434664] has passed the approval to be fixed in WTP 3.6 RC1: The plug-in will be included into org.eclipse.jst.web_ui.feature (where dependencies to JDT are allowed), and as such will be back/available in WTP starting from 3.6 RC1.
