We could indeed think of a profile to override the default value for TP URL. This is the default value: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build-sites/blob/master/aggregate/pom.xml#L37
We could think of using http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/${TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MAXIMUM} by default, and creating a profile to override it to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/luna. Then the difficulty is to not forget to set this profile when we do a release. We can maybe assume that CI jobs could always have this profile enabled.
