The suggestions sounds good - final judgement is possible once we can try it for real and see if behaves in a userfriendly way.

Sounds like we will do the right thing in most cases and if we can't we will show warning but still allow user to get generated text where he is ponting/dragging. I think that is a good middleground.

+1 for try this out.
