maybe i'm just seeing this differently - but would it not be more natural to do:

<prefix>/luna/earlyaccess ?
which then composites
<perfix>/luna/earlyaccess/core and in future <prefix>/luna/earlyaccess/integration-stack etc. ?

then earlyaccess is completely separate from normal central and not 'inside' the GA'ed central - and the structure of the url will match the existing central. Less levels of nesting to keep track of.
