AngularJS-eclipse is built on top of Tern.java project, so it really requires all those features/plugins. At least one of those "questiobale" features should be installed depending on platform. It looks like no one of them is installed cause we have the same ones in our TP. Are you sure you hadn't some of those plug-ins installed before you started the AngularJS-eclipse installation?
