Turns out the issue above is that the JBDS TP has an older version than the one in the Central TP.

And I noticed that we have a mix of versions of org.jboss.tools.maven.apt.feature.feature.group across the JBT/JBDS/Central TPs too.

So... PRs forthcoming.
