Problem Opening Wizard

The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in org.jboss.tools.ws.ui was unable to load class org.jboss.tools.ws.ui.wizards.JBossWSAnnotatedClassWizard.
org.jboss.tools.ws.ui.wizards.JBossWSAnnotatedClassWizard cannot be found by org.jboss.tools.ws.ui_1.7.0.Beta2-v20140523-1226-B35
