[~nmoore] - please let me know when you've got the existing release notes morphed into the CSP for 7.0.3.GA JBDSIS.  I can ping the IS component developers to use the rel notes text field more consistently but given the smaller number of components per IS release we can continue to use the current process for generating the rel notes.
