I guess JBT/JBDS users only need to see ONE early access URL in the Available sites, which means they'll be getting their pre-GA EA content from the /stable/ or 8.0/ URL, instead of the /development/ or /8.0-development/ URL. Thus we would reserve the /development/ and /8.0-development/ URLs for JBDS pre-GA milestones (8.0.1.CR1 will be the next one) and never link a JBT Final or JBDS GA user to the /development/ or /8.0-development/ sites.
