I see nothing to fix there.
I see the "New -> Other... -> Tern -> Server plugin" wizard that allows you to create a module (plug-in or definition) for Tern.js Server inside selected project. As the result it creates a JavaScript based on template that is to be edited in order to provide your definitions for content assist (like we have done for Cordova.js).
