publish.sh contains reference to SVN and older stuff we don't use.
[~nickboldt]: Do we want this script to be optimal to current build/publish process, or do we want it to be fully backward compatible? I'd prefer the first one as it would allow to get rid of things that we can now consider as obsolete so we could focus on making things simpler and more efficient.
