just to have as note on why the confusion:

Original intent was to have multiple marketplace entries, one for each important connector in central for IS.

The reason wrapper features became needed was that Paul and Nick was working under assumption there would
be *one* marketplace entry and therefore the install experience would not be good without wrapper features.

For that to work though we need to make these features capable of receiving updates to their dependencies without updating the feature - ohterwise we are back to having no way to ship fixes without full rebuild of the various feature/stacks.

[~nickboldt] is investigating this since the current proposal uses includes with fixed versions in the end result which will lockdown p2 updates.
