[~rhopp] I can not reproduce.. I think there is something wrong about the way your native proxy is setup. In my environment, I set the HTTP_PROXY and eclipse picks that up correctly.. When I select Native scheme the values from HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY etc come preconfigured and selected. In your video they are not selected somehow.
