it seems that compositeContent.xml and compositeArtifacts.xml from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/staging/luna/ are pointing to old version of tools: 
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/releases/jbosstools-4.2.0.Final-updatesite-core/
