legal got back to me and said http://psdreams.com/free-psd/iphone-6-psd-mockups-pack is okey to use.

legal underlined that the license says: "if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original" thus any images etc. we derive from this material need to be marked as listed under this specific license.
