Moving this issue from Final cause we have nothing to do for Final version.
What we should do is set RHEL7-specific error message. To do it, we need to separate usage api and implementation as it was discussed in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-browsersim/pull/39. After that we can make a dependency to usage api and use OS detection in browsersim plugin.
