Actually, turns out that /updates/nightly/luna was simply a symlink to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/core/master/ 

So I've deleted the symlink and replaced it with a "mars" one.

I suspect this symlink was created originally because some people couldn't (or wouldn't) remember/bookmark these URLs for the nightly builds from master:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/core/master/
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/core/master/
